SHIPPING

ROAVeyewear.com offers free shipping and free returns to anyone in the United States. All shipments in the US are shipped through the USPS unless otherwise noted. All shipments should arrive in 5 business days after the item has been shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When ordering outside of the US please read carefully.

All orders placed outside of the US are shipped via USPS or DHL. We offer this shipping at a flat rate of $19 anywhere in the world. At this time we CANNOT guarantee any international shipping times; however, the average quoted international shipping time is 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary greatly by country. Each country has its own importing, VAT, or customs fees. YOU are responsible for any and all fees when the package reaches your country. We will not mark your package as a gift. The package will be marked with its correct retail value.

If you choose to return a shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping cost and will be responsible to return the product to us.

 

RETURNS

For US returns, we will refund your order and pay for your return shipping. For limited edition glasses, we will refund up to one item per month. Additional returned limited edition glasses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For international returns, we will refund your order and pay for your return shipping on up to one item per month. Additional returned limited edition glasses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.

 

DETAILS

For returns in the US please email info@roaveyewear.com for a pre-paid return shipping label. For international returns please email info@roaveyewear.com and mail package to ROAV Inc. 780 N Michigan Ave, Pasadena, CA 91104.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
